How nice that you want to order from us! Below we explain in a number of steps how you can place an order with us.
1. Place the desired item in your shopping cart.
2. Then click on the shopping cart at the top right and check your order.
3. Select the desired shipping method. We ship your package from €50 for free with Track & Trace code. Click here for more information about shipping options.
4. Do you have a discount code or gift card? Then fill this in and don't forget to click apply.
5. Are you satisfied with your order? Then click on: Continue to checkout.
6. Then enter your personal details. Are you already logged in? Then it is not necessary to enter your personal details. Don't have an account at www.miab-jewels.com yet? Click on create account, so you can always view your orders and you do not have to enter personal information next time.
7. Then choose the desired payment method. Click here for more information about payment methods.
8. Finally, check the general terms and conditions and click on place order. You will be redirected to your bank's payment environment and complete your order.
9. YAY! Your order has been placed. We will pack your package for you and send the jewelry to you!

To confirm your order, you will receive an email containing your order number and an overview of the order. If you have not received an email, please check your spam box first. Please contact our customer service at info@miab-jewels.com. Our customer service is happy to help you and will contact you within 1-2 business days.
We process our packages every day. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, email directly to info@miab-jewels.com. Let us know which item(s) you want to change or cancel, do not forget to mention your order number in the email. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, we unfortunately cannot change or cancel the order. In this case you can exchange or return the order, see exchange item or return item for more information.

If you ordered before 10:30 PM (orders with texts before 2:00 PM) you will receive your order the next day in most cases! The orders are
delivered by DHL letterbox post. So you don't have to stay at home for your order. If your order has not arrived, please

further and will contact you within 1-2 business days.
Do not panic! The items that are sold out will be returned. Leave your email address with the sold out product and you will be notified as soon as this product is back in stock.

In most cases this is not necessary. We ship almost all packages in packaging that fits through the letterbox. If you place a larger order with more than 8 pieces of jewelry, there is a chance that your order will be shipped in a larger box.
Of course! Every order can be followed via a track & trace code.
Once we have packed your package, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Track & Trace code.
