Refund policy

All orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery via this link. Returns are free for NL, BE, and DE. Once your item(s) have been received by us, we will transfer the money to your account. All custom-made jewelry (such as necklaces with an initial) cannot be returned.

If an item is delivered defective, MIAB Jewels will repair the product at no extra cost within 14 days of your purchase.
